Tell me a story. Make it a good one.

This is my movies and books page!
So that my unnecessarily long rants and ravings about my favorite stories, actors, writers, whatever don't interfere with my blog space and my faithful fan following's patience. ;)
Read on if you dare!
Oh and suggestions and debates are most welcome. Bring it on.
Note- The contents of this page are based solely upon my opinion and my taste, not intended to be offensive, er except if we are talking about REALLY crappy stuff like kambakkht ishq.

I have 3 things to say-
1.How to Train Your Dragon is AWESOME.
2.Shrek forever after is good too, if you're a donkey and puss fan and hello, who isn't?
3.James McAvoy has been cast as young Charles Xavier in X-Men First Class. I really do not know how I feel about that.

You know what? I just discovered Ian Somerhalder has a girlfriend! Some unremarkable girl with a bad fashion sense who flips paparazzi off. Figures. Is it ridiculous that this makes me feel depressed? I mean this is a guy who says he's a 'die-hard romantic'!
Ah, never mind.
I liked these trailers I saw-
Buried(starring Ryan Reynolds)

Tangled(supposed to be Disney's version of Rapunzel)

Okay, I am hyperventilating over The Vampire Diaries season finale. No freaking way did Katherine kiss Damon pretending to be Elena who is dating Damon's brother Stefan and then kill Elena's biological dad who is pretending to be her uncle! Wait, I'm sorry, did that sound bizarre? ;) But seriously, I was sooooo hoping for Delena! God, this is going to create so much trouble in season 2. Oh, and poor Anna and poor Jeremy and poor Matt and Caroline too. And woohoo Tyler is finally showing wolfy characteristics. God, i CANNOT be expected to wait till september for season two.
Oh well, meanwhile, I can occupy myself by watching the TONS of movies that I have missed out on and also catching up with Two and a Half Men.:)

Movies I need to watch-
How to train your dragon
Clash of the titans
The princess and the frog
The bounty hunter(Just for Gerard Butler and Jennifer Aniston)
Date Night(Because Steve Carell rules)
Iron Man 2
Kick-ass
Alice in Wonderland
Diary of a wimpy kid

P.s. I tried to watch Dear John, got bored halfway and actually quit watching, even though I had nothing better to do. God, this Nicholas Sparks thing is really getting old.

Currently on my hot-list-
The eighties!! If you haven't caught them yet, don't miss The Breakfast Club, Pretty in Pink, Some Kind of Wonderful, Say Anything, Ferris Bueller's Day Off and Dirty Dancing. There are more but these are the must-watches. All good, fun movies or okay mostly cute but what's wrong with cute???

Stuff I'm looking forward to-
It's going to be a great year for animated movies with Despicable Me, Toy Story 3, Shrek forever after and Megamind , all coming up before 2010 ends, especially after the mammoth hit that was How to Train your Dragon(which I STILL have NOT seen!). The trailers are really funny.
